BE UNREASONABLE

Reasonable people adapt themselves to the world.

Unreasonable people adapt the world to themselves.

Therefore change is only possible through unreasonable people.

Lebih baik kita keras kepala. Degil. Boleh lemah lembut, berdiplomasi. Tapi kita tetap dengan keputusan kita. Teguh tidak berganjak.

Kita percaya dengan apa yang kita cakap. Kita percaya dengan apa yang kita buat. Kita yakin sepenuhnya keputusan kita. Kita berani melawan apa yang cuba menggoyahkan keyakinan kita.

Kita beriman. Kita jadi unreasonable.

Barulah terbit semangat luar biasa.

Barulah terbit strength of character.

Barulah terbit karisma.

Barulah terbit inspirasi dalam hati manusia lain.

Barulah manusia lain mengikut kita.

Percaya dengan apa yang kita percaya.

And that is the essence of leadership. Changing people.

Bermula dengan tahap keyakinan kita kepada apa yang kita percaya.

Lebih yakin, lebih hebat kepimpinan kita, lebih banyak perubahan yang kita boleh buat.

All leaders who made deep marks in mankind's history are all actually unreasonable people. The more unreasonable they are, the greater their degree of change, the stronger their effect, and the more lasting their impression.

Either good or bad. Compassionate or tyrant.

All were and are unreasonable. Remarkable strength of conviction, extreme level of belief.

So let us learn to be unreasonable.
